廣東省發動機冷卻液檢測 防凍液腐蝕試驗

機動車發動機冷卻液：冷卻液，又稱防凍液、抗凍液、水箱寶等。主要功能為保護發動機正常良好運行，在發動機水箱內循環，起到防凍、防沸、防銹、防腐蝕等效果，大多防凍液的顏色為紅色或綠色，以觀察是否泄露，或與發動機其他液體相區別，避免混淆。

發動機冷卻液，常見的就是乙二醇-水溶液，這是基礎。由于現代汽車工藝的要求，冷卻液中添加了很多的添加劑，以保護各式各樣的發動機。這些添加劑的不同，導致冷卻液分化成好幾個陣營。

OAT陣營

代表產品就是大名鼎鼎的DEX-COOL冷卻液。國內常見的還有大眾的G12（BASF OEM），GM通用的裝車冷卻液，零售市場上的加德士防凍防腐液。

有機酸冷卻液不含硅、胺、硼、磷、亞硝酸鹽等對人體或者環境有害的物質，同時有機酸不易消耗和分解，因此可以維持比較長的壽命，OAT都是長效冷卻液，推薦更換周期5年或者25WKM。

日系冷卻液

日本車系用的冷卻液比較獨特，但它們一般都含磷酸鹽，對環境有害。日本車系排斥硅酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽添加劑。而我們市面上絕大多數劣質冷卻液都含亞硝酸鹽，冷卻液都是硅酸鹽型，因此日本車不能更換市面上大部分冷卻液。

歐系冷卻液

歐洲是國際上對環保重視的地區，因此歐洲車使用的冷卻液，除了DEX-COOL類型的有機酸冷卻液外，絕大多數是復合型的冷卻液。歐洲車冷卻液中拒絕胺、硼、磷、亞硝酸鹽，但允許含有較低量的硅酸鹽以保護鋁合金發動機。
