柴油發動機氮氧化物還原劑 尿素水溶液:
尿素水即是車用尿素溶液,就是指尿素濃度為32.5%且溶劑是超純水的尿素水溶液。尿素水原料為車用尿素專用原料和超純水,這是是重型柴油車達到國四排放標準的必備產品,可以對排放尾氣進行處理。
尿素水是SCR技術中必須要用到的消耗品,主要用于柴油發動機的尾氣處理,不僅能夠有效減少柴油車油耗,增加發動機使用壽命,還可以減少尾氣顆粒排放物,大大減輕車輛尾氣對環境造成的污染。
尿素水生產原料為車用尿素專用原料和超純水,其關鍵點在于原料純度。從生產工藝來看,雖然車用尿素對原料純度要求高于一般工業用需求,但目前國內工藝已然可以滿足實際應用需求。車用尿素的生產工藝不足以構建高進入壁壘。

溫天氣行車,水箱內的冷卻液蒸發加快,要時刻注意檢查冷卻液量,注意觀察冷卻液溫度表。水箱如果不完全加滿,冷卻液在水套內循環就存在問題,水溫容易升高造成“開鍋”。有的車,加水時不易加滿,其水箱位置較發動機低,加水時水箱加水口顯示已經加滿,但實際上發動機水套內缺水。如貿然行車,水箱易“開鍋”。對這類車,正確的方法是:應在加水口顯示加滿后,啟動發動機運轉,待發動機溫度升高至節溫器開啟時,水套內空氣排出后,水面就會下降,此時再將水箱加滿即可。對于轎車,冷卻液液面應位于補償水桶外表面“高”線和“低”線之間。
4.水箱“開鍋”時不要貿然開蓋
因為“開鍋”時,水箱內溫度很高(至少100℃),壓力大,突然開啟水箱蓋,滾開的水及水蒸氣便會向外急速噴出,易燙傷加水者。出現“開鍋”時一般應怠速運轉,等發動機溫度降下來后再開蓋加注冷卻液。如時間緊迫,可先用濕布蓋住水箱蓋,再用濕毛巾包住手,然后慢慢將水箱蓋打開。另外,加冷卻液速度不宜過快,應緩緩加入。
5.加水時不要將水灑到發動機上
加水時,若將水灑到發動機的火花塞孔座、高壓線插孔、分電器上都可能會對跳火有影響;水濺到傳動帶上也可能導致其打滑;灑到機體上還有可能導致機體變形甚至產生裂紋。
6.不要忘記向冷卻液中加防凍劑
有的駕駛員認為,夏季冷卻液中不需要加注防凍劑。這種想法是錯誤的。因為防凍劑可防止冷卻液過早沸騰,提高了冷卻液的沸點,可防止水箱過早出現“開鍋”現象。另外,防凍劑中還含有防銹劑和泡沫抑制劑。防銹劑可延緩或阻止發動機水套壁及散熱器的銹蝕和腐蝕。冷卻液中的空氣在水泵葉輪的攪動下會產生很多泡沫,這些泡沫將妨礙水套壁的散熱。泡沫抑制劑能有效地抑制泡沫的產生。
7.人體不要接觸防凍液
防凍液及其添加劑均為有毒物質,請勿接觸,并置于安全場所。放出的冷卻液不宜再使用,應嚴格按有關法規處理廢棄的冷卻液,否則易引起化學反應。
8.不同型號的防凍液不要混合使用
生成沉淀或氣泡,降低使用效果。在更換冷卻液時,應先將冷卻系統用凈水沖洗干凈,然后再加入新的防凍液和水。用剩的防凍液應在容器上注明名稱以免混淆。
